Print on Demand
Many small businesses have inventory waiting to be sold. If it ISN’T sold it must be disposed of eventually, in some way.
POD eliminates that waste. Simple at Heart partners with other USA businesses to have our original designs printed JUST FOR YOU when you order them. No waste! (Yea!) Our items are printed in the US, but we do not control where the blank items are sourced.
Shipping
When you order from us, the item is printed with the design you pick, and shipped to you from the manufacturer/printer. Please make sure your address is correct. Should an item arrive damaged contact us immediately.
If an item does not arrive in the expected time please use a little patience. The Post Office is sometimes not the most efficient. Should an item seem lost, I will do whatever I can from my end, but you may have to do the same. If the Post Office has declared the item delivered but you have not received it, you will have to deal with them.
Refunds/Replacements
Simple at Heart is a small business, as such we cannot refund your purchase because you bought the wrong size or design or simply changed your mind.
Please read the item descriptions carefully, zoom in and look at the designs closely, be sure before you buy.
If an item has a defect, in either the printing or in the item on which the design is printed, please contact me. Send a closeup picture clearly showing the defect, and I can request a refund from the printer At that point I can either give you a refund or a replacement.
CONTACT ME AND SEND A PICTURE WITHIN TEN DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.
